Three Day, Kakadu National Park, including Litchfield National Park, Professionally Guided Tour – itinerary:
On Day One we join the Guided Guluyambi Cruise on the East Alligator river, for Cultural History of the people and land, whilst experiencing Ancient traditions and rock art, including a step out into Arnhem Land.
An afternoon trek up the impressive Ubirr Rock show cases terrific spots to view the Ancient Aboriginal Rock Art Galleries and a step across the rock facing leads to the spectacular Nadab Lookout with its 360’ views over the Wetlands.
On Day Two we make a stop at the tranquil waters of Maguk, Barramundi Gorge, for walking and swimming. Afterwards we make our way to the Yellow Waters for the two hour Cultural cruise on these atmospheric waters.
On Day Three we travel over to Litchfield National Park, where we get to experience a variety of flowing waterfalls, natural swimming holes and bush walks. We stop at the intriguing Termite Mounds and learn about their unique role in our Tropical Eco system. A guided river cruise showcases the Estuarine Crocodiles in their natural habitat.
A short drive takes us back to Darwin, where your Offroad Dreaming Guide will drop you back to your Accommodation.
